Origin of Products

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses in China.

Real Delivery Time

Delivery may take 15 to 60 days, depending on international logistics, customs clearance, and local postal services.

🔁 Change of Mind Returns (7-Day Period)

You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

We cannot accept returns for intimate items, cosmetics, food, or personalized products.

Refund for Change of Mind

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Refund applies only to the product value (shipping costs are non-refundable).

For dissatisfaction returns, 30% of the paid amount will be retained to cover operational and handling costs.

The refund will correspond to the remaining 70%, once the process is completed.

Provide photos/videos clearly showing the defect.

If required, we may request the return of the item.

Return shipping costs are covered by us.

You may choose a replacement, exchange, or a full refund, including shipping.
